Stage & Studio Luncheon


Conveniently located in the Nordstrom Wing of the Oak Park Mall, we offer ample parking and easily accessible entrances for you and your guests. This versatile space accommodates approximately 145 people. Pricing is determined by the use of the space and the length of time that the space is utilized.  We will be glad to help you determine any additional needs such as tables and chairs, linens, or sound and projection for presentations.

Single Event Use

TCH Stage and Studio is the perfect space for your corporate meeting, fundraising or formal event.  The space is available from 3pm - 10pm, Monday-Saturday, subject to approval. 

This versatile 2200 square foot space, located on the upper level of the beautiful Oak Park Mall by Nordstrom, is conveniently placed between two parking lot entrances.  This space can accommodate either a 24’ x 42’ stage area with graduated platform seating for 135 or a clear floor area perfect for meetings, parties and formal events.  We offer catering options, as well as a sound booth, stage lighting and full 14’ x 40’ wall projection to help you design and execute your perfect event.

For Theatrical Performances, Concerts & Recitals 

This exciting and easily accessible venue was designed to bring family friendly live performance to the beautiful Oak Park Mall. Whether you are a pre-professional just getting started or a seasoned performer looking for a small venue, we hope you will consider us.  This location offers a 24’ x 42’ stage with raked seating for 135.  Basic sound and L.E.D stage lighting are available as well as a small backstage area with two stage entrances.  Two pillars frame the stage area, with side areas that can be converted to stage wings with curtains or flats.  We want to set you up for success!  Here are few things you will need to consider when booking your event.  

Rental Cost

-  $200 Saturday Morning 10am-2pm 

-  $400 per day

-  $1500 per week

-  $2,500 - 1 week Plus (includes additional weekend) 

* Additional services may add additional costs. 

Renting out the Studio- Getting Started

Step 1:  Scheduling

Your first step will be the online application.  Once you submit your event and dates we will contact you within two business days and set a meeting to discuss the details.

Step 2:  Meet with the Event Coordinator

We want your event to be a success!  This meeting will help us to identify your specific needs and to make sure that everything is set and ready for you.  The event coordinator will also be your contact person from start to finish and will be available to answer any questions you may have as your event unfolds.

Step 3:  Solidify your date with the deposit and COI

We will tentatively reserve your dates once we receive the application.  Once your application has been formally accepted, we will receive your $200 deposit and reserve the space for you**.  You will need to provide a copy of a Certificate of Insurance no later than one week prior to occupancy.

Step 4: Final week confirmation

We will contact you the week before your event to confirm all the details.

**The space must be cleaned and returned to its original condition before the security deposit will be returned.  Once the final inspection has been cleared your deposit will be returned to you.
